What is so special about your photo books and calendars?
We offer a combination of the highest level of customization with our free, “My Photo Books software and the best in print processing and color management.
- Our software has unlimited layouts and a wide variety of backgrounds, borders, fonts and design tools, yet it is quick and easy to use. Our “Fast Track option allows you to make a book in as little as 3 minutes!
- Our digital photo processing delivers sharp images and brilliant colors for your photo projects which we print on quality stock. Our photo books are bound with thread to lay flat for easy viewing and then covered with quality cloth or leatherette materials for durability.
How do I apply coupons?
When you are finalizing your order, the shopping cart will appear on your screen with a box for coupons. Just enter the coupon code in the appropriate box and the discount will be deducted from the final price of the product you are ordering.
Can I get multiple copies of a prior order?
Yes you can. We retain the data for your digital photo project for 3 months from the date of purchase to make it easy for you to order additional copies.Click here to go to our “Contact Us page where you can complete the online response form with your reorder request.
When will I receive my order?
Usually your order will ship within 2 weeks, please allow extra time during holiday periods.
Can I ship my purchase anywhere?
At this time SmileStop Photo Books is shipping with in the U.S.A. only.
How do I add photos to the software to start my book?
If you use the Fast Track option you will come to a screen prompting you to select your pictures. Click on the “Select Pictures button and you will come to the add images screen. If using the Create a Book option you will come to the workstation page. At the bottom of the page is a tray that says "load your images here" and on the left side you will find four small icons under the Book Pictures tab. Click on the “add pictures icon and you will come to the “add images screen. On the left side of the add images screen choose the location from which you want to load the images. Your computer will then display your picture files. On some computers you may have to select where to look for your picture files. Once found, double click to open the file and your pictures will be displayed on your screen. If you want all the pictures in the file to be part of your project, press the “Select All button at upper left corner of the screen. If you do not want to include all the pictures, then you will need to select pictures by clicking on the upper right corner of each individual picture you want to include. (When using the Fast Track option you need to select only the pictures that you want in your project because the wizard will include all pictures selected in the project.) When finished press “OK at the bottom of the page and your pictures will appear at the bottom of the SmileStop screen. Your pictures are now ready for you to use.
What can I do to make my digital photo book or calendar look its best?
The digital photo projects that look the best are those using high quality sharp clean images. The software will warn you of images that are below our recommended 150DPI. Try to use images 250 DPI or higher.
How do your calendars compare to one that I might buy in a store?
Our calendars are printed on 80# card stock for durability, saddle stitched, and then punched with a hole for wall hanging purposes. It is similar in quality to many calendars you might purchase in a store except our calendars are customized and no two are alike unless you order multiple copies. We offer the highest level of customization in the marketplace today. Each calendar can be fully customized with a single photo, multiple photos, or a collage of photos on the top page, and with images in the date boxes, with a faded image as a background, customized dates, your choice of layouts and much, much, more.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to printing or binding defects, SmileStop Photo Books will replace the purchase at no charge to you. Because our products are custom made goods, only items that have the above manufacturing defects, or items that have been damaged in transit are eligible for return or replacement. Our software’s “preflight phase allows you to view your completed product and advises you of pictures with low resolution that may result in poor image. This preflight phase allows you to make changes before finalizing your purchase, therefore dissatisfaction with a product due to design or poor image quality are not eligible for return. If your purchase was damaged in shipping you must return the purchase IN THE ORIGINAL CARTON in order to receive credit.
